Jim Kelly is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner. Jim’s 36 years experience in the construction industry enables him to offer comprehensive, competent and efficient solutions and advice.
He was Technical Director of one of the largest Irish construction firms with interests in Ireland, UK and Russia. During his 27 years with this firm – 25 years as Director - he was critically involved in the senior management of multi million euro projects in the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, public and residential sectors.
His areas of competence cover:

Jim has also been involved in design, site supervision and project planning. This expertise gained in a continually changing environment has many applications both in and beyond the construction sector. .
